Randall Vallette
Group Operations Officer, Pacific Island Energy (PIE)
Originally trained in Shell’s Engineering Department in New Caledonia, Randall now benefits from 25 years of both operational and managerial experience in the oil industry in the Pacific region.
Over the past 15 years, his career has led him to hold various positions of responsibility within the Group, including general management of the Petroleum Services Company in Vanuatu and then of Pacific Energy SWP in Fiji.
Randall is now Director of Group Operations.
He is responsible for setting up the HSSE and compliance policies of the PIE Group and their monitoring within all the subsidiaries with a particular focus on aviation for which he is the technical referent.
He also supervises the development and implementation of the engineering, technical and operational aspects of strategic projects.
